 दोस्तों माना जाता है कि चहमान वंश के राजा बख्श सिंह ने इस अद्भुत मंदिर का निर्माण करवाया था। दोस्तों की किंवदंतियां है कि मंदिर की वास्तु परिकल्पना कपिला प्रदेश के एक महान तांत्रिक ने की थी।दोस्तों तंत्र बाद पर आधारित इस प्राचीन मंदिर की वास्तु संरचना अपनी विशेष शैली के कारण भक्त गणों का मन मोह लेती है।

           दोस्तों इस प्राचीन मेंढक मंदिर में प्रत्येक वर्ष महाशिवरात्रि के साथ-साथ दीपावली पर भी भक्त एवं श्रद्धालुगण बड़ी संख्या में भगवान शिव के इस अनोखे रूप का दर्शन करने के लिए आते हैं।

     दोस्तों माना जाता है कि प्राचीन समय में मंदिर के ऊपर मौजूद छत्र भी सूर्य की रोशनी के साथ साथ घूमता था ।लेकिन दोस्तों अब वर्तमान समय में वह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है।दोस्तों इस प्राचीन मंदिर में एक अनोखा कुआं भी मौजूद है जिसका पानी हमेशा कुएं के तल पर मौजूद रहता है।

        दोस्तों मंदिर के गर्भ गृह में मौजूद शिवलिंग बेहद खूबसूरत है जो संगमरमर के कसीकेदारी से बनी ऊंची शीला पर विराजमान है।

दोस्तों माना जाता है कि इस शिवलिंग को नर्मदा नदी से लाया गया था जिस कारण से यह पवित्र शिवलिंग भगवान नर्मदेश्वर के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है।

 दोस्तों इस प्राचीन मंदिर का आश्चर्यचकित करने वाला तथ्य यह है कि यह मंदिर तैरने वाले अद्भुत पत्थरों से बना हुआ है। दोस्तों खास बात यह है कि पूरे भारतवर्ष में इस पत्थर के बारे में कहीं कोई जानकारी नहीं मिलती है। दोस्तों आज तक वैज्ञानिकों एवं खुश कर्ताओं को समझ में नहीं आया है कि इन अद्भुत पत्रों को लाया कहां से गया था इस मंदिर के निर्माण के लिए। दोस्तो वैज्ञानिक व पुरातत्व विभाग वाले आज भी शोध कार्य में लगे हुए हैं कि ये पत्थर लाए कहां गए थे  इस अद्भुत मंदिर के निर्माण के लिए।

              दोस्तों माना जाता है कि भारत का यह प्राचीन मंदिर 800 वर्ष पुराना है लेकिन दोस्तों मेरा मानना है कि यह मंदिर कई हजार वर्ष पुराना हो सकता है।

           दोस्तों आपको तो पता ही होगा कि भारतवर्ष में मंदिरों को आस्था का केंद्र माना जाता है। अतः दोस्तों हमारे देश भारत में ऐसे कई मंदिर हैं जो काफी अलौकिक और रहस्यमई है। दोस्तों आज हम आपको ऐसे ही एक प्राचीन मंदिर के बारे में बताने जा रहे हैं जो तेलंगाना के वारंगल में स्थित है ।दोस्तों माना जाता है कि इस अद्भुत मंदिर को तैरने वाले अद्भुत पत्थरों से बनाया गया है। दोस्तों खास बात यह है कि इस प्रकार के पत्थर ना तो आज तक देखे गए हैं और ना कहीं पाए गए हैं।

🧗  भगवान शिव को समर्पित है मंदिर 🧗

 दोस्तों तेलंगाना के वारंगल में स्थित प्राचीन रामप्पा  मंदिर भगवान शिव को समर्पित है दोस्तों आपको आश्चर्य होगा कि इस मंदिर का नाम इस प्राचीन मंदिर को बनाने वाले शिल्पकार रामप्पा के नाम पर ही रखा गया था।दोस्तों ऐतिहासिक दस्तावेजों से पता चलता है कि 12 वीं सदी में बने इस मंदिर का निर्माण "काकतिया" वंश के महाराजा ने करवाया था।

🧗  प्राकृतिक आपदाएं झेलने के बाद भी मजबूत स्थिति में है मंदिर। 🧗

  दोस्तों आप लोगों को आश्चर्य होगा कि इस दौर में बने भारतवर्ष के ज्यादातर मंदिर अब खंडहरों में बदल चुके हैं।लेकिन दोस्तों लगातार कई प्राकृतिक आपदाएं झेलने के बाद भी इस अलौकिक और प्रसिद्ध रामप्पा  का मंदिर को कोई खास ज्यादा नुकसान नहीं पहुंचा है।

 दोस्तों शिवरात्रि के दौरान इस प्राचीन शिवालय मंदिर में भक्तों गणों की काफी भीड़ लगती है।

 🧗 काकतीय वंश के राजा ने बनवाया इस अद्भुत और प्राचीन मंदिर को। 🧗

 दोस्तों तेलंगाना के काकतिया  वंश के महाराजा गणपति देवा ने सन 1213 ईसवी में इस मंदिर का निर्माण कार्य शुरू करवाया था। दोस्तों माना जाता है कि मंदिर के शिल्पकार रामप्पा के काम को देखकर महाराजा गणपति देवा काफी प्रसन्न हुए थे और फिर महाराजा ने इस मंदिर का नाम शिल्पकार रामप्पा के नाम पर ही रख दिया था।

🧗 मंदिर का पूरा निर्माण 40 वर्ष में पूरा हुआ था ।🧗

 दोस्तों रामप्पा  मंदिर बनाने में 40 वर्षों का समय लगा था।दोस्तों अद्भुत रूप से 6 फीट ऊंचे प्लेटफार्म पर बने इस मंदिर की दीवारों पर पवित्र ग्रंथों महाभारत और रामायण के दृश्य उकेरे गए हैं। दोस्तों रामप्पा मंदिर में भगवान शिव के वाहन नंदी की एक मूर्ति स्थापित है। जिसके ऊंचाई 9 फीट है।

 🧗 पुरातात्विक शोध कार्य 🧗

 दोस्तों रामप्पा  मंदिर के न टूटने की बात जब भारतीय पुरातत्व विभाग वालों को पता चली तो उन्होंने इस प्राचीन मंदिर की गहन जांच-पड़ताल की।लेकिन दोस्तों पुरातत्विक वैज्ञानिकों को काफी कोशिश करने के बाद भी मंदिर की मजबूती का कारण पता लगाने में कामयाब नहीं हो पाए।

🧗 तैरने वाले पत्थरों से बना है यह अद्भुत मंदिर 🧗

 दोस्तों काफी शोध करने के बाद जब पुरातत्व वैज्ञानिकों ने मंदिर के पत्थर को काटा तब पता चला कि या पत्थर वजन में काफी हल्के हैं।दोस्तों जब उन्होंने पत्थर के टुकड़े को पानी में डाला तब वह टुकड़ा पानी में तैरने लगा। दोस्तों पानी में तैरते पत्थर को देखकर रामप्पा का मंदिर की मजबूती का राज पता चल पाया था।

🧗 आज तक पता नहीं चल पाया कि पत्थरों को लाया कहां से गया।🧗

 दोस्तों भारतवर्ष के कई पुराने मंदिर पत्थरों के वजन के कारण समय के साथ खंडहरों में तब्दील हो चुके हैं लेकिन दोस्तों रामप्पा मंदिर के अपने पत्थरों के कम वजन होने के कारण आज भी काफी मजबूत स्थिति में है। लेकिन दोस्तों वैज्ञानिक रामप्पा मंदिर में लगे हल्के पत्थरों के रहस्य के बारे में पता नहीं कर पाए हैं कि इन पत्थरों को लाया कहां से गया था।
