सैंजी गांव जहाँ आज भी घरों के बाहर भुट्टे (मक्का, मुंगरी ) सुखाए जाते हैं । भुट्टे को लम्बे समय तक सुरक्षित रखने का ये सबसे बढ़िया तरीका है । इस तरह इसमें कीड़े नहीं लगते और ना ये सड़ते हैं बल्कि, धूप में प्राकृतिक तरीके से सूखने से इसकी गुणवत्ता और बढ़ जाती है। फिर चाहे इसे बीज के लिए रखना हो, इसका आटा बनाना हो, पॉपकॉर्न बनाने हो, उबाल कर खाना हो जैसे आपके मन को भाये 😋
देवदार की लकड़ी से बना ये सुन्दर घर, हमारे आपके जैसे प्रवासी पहाड़ियों को एक बार फिर गांव के घर की याद दिलाता है। इस घर के खम्बों पर हुई कमल के फूल की नक्काशी को देखिए जिसे यहाँ के लोग रंगों से सजा कर रखते हैं।
घर की सुंदरता पर चार चाँद लगते हैं - ये चक्र, घोड़े, फूल -पत्ती के रंगीन चित्र।
ये सुन्दर छोटी-छोटी खिड़कियाँ। ये लकड़ी की सीढ़ी और पेंटब्रश से लिखा स्वागतम
