नमस्कार दोस्तों मैं माउंटेन लैपर्ड महेंद्रा आप सभी लोगों का हार्दिक अभिनंदन करता हूं दोस्तों आज की यात्रा पर मैं जा रहा हूं झारखण्ड के पलामू जिले के पांकी थाना क्षेत्र में स्थित नवाडीहा गांव , जहां मिलें हैं 11वी शताब्दी के प्राचीन चांदी के सिक्के ।
दोस्तों झारखंड के पलामू जिले के पांकी थाना स्थित नवडीहा गांव में "भलही पहाड़," की तलहटी में स्थित एक खेत से चांदी के 200 सिक्के मिले हैं दोस्तों ये सिक्के नक्काशीदार धातु के घड़े में बंद मिले हैं जो 10 वीं शताब्दी या 11 वीं शताब्दी के हैं , दोस्तों इनमें से कुछ सिक्को पर अरबी व फारसी के शब्द लिखे हुए हैं जिससे यह प्रमाणित होता हैं कि ये चांदी के सिक्के मध्यकालीन भारत के प्रचलित सिक्के हैं जो उस समय के शासकों द्वारा बनवाया गया था।
दोस्तों आपको जानकर आश्चर्य होगा कि जेसीबी मशीन से नवडीहा गांव के रहने वाले "बचन बैठा " के खेतों के समतलीकरण का कार्य हो रहा था , इसी दौरान धातु का घड़ा जो सदियों से जमीन में दफन था खुदाई के दौरान अचानक बाहर निकल आया था , लेकिन संयोगवश मिट्टी में लिपटे होने के कारण गांव वालों की नजर उसपर नहीं पड़ी थी । दोस्तों इसी बीच हुई वर्षा से घड़े पर लगा हुआ मिट्टी धुल गईं और नक्काशीदार घड़ा स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देने लगा , जिसपर इस गांव के ही जहीर मियां के बेटे सलीम मियां की नजर पड़ गई । और वह उस नक्काशीदार घड़े को सबसे छुपाकर अपने घर लेकर चला गया । दोस्तों घर जाकर वह सिक्कों को गिनती करने के उद्देश्य से जमीन पर बिखेर दिया , जिसे उसके अन्य भाइयों ने भी देख लिया और उन्हें भी पता चल गया कि सलीम को चांदी के सिक्कों से भरा एक घड़ा मिला है यह सब देखकर उनके मन में भी लालच आ गया और अपने भाई सलीम से अपना अपना हिस्सा मांगने लगे । जिस कारण से सलीम का अपने भाईयों से झगड़ा होने लगा। जिसके कारण गांव वालों को भी पता चल गया कि सलीम को खजाना मिला है । अतः गांव वालों ने यह बात जाकर पुलिस थाने में बता दीं । तभी जाकर चांदी के सिक्के मिलने का राज खुला । अन्यथा किसी को पता ही नहीं चलता कि खेतों के समतलीकरण के दौरान सलीम मियां को खजाने के रूप में चांदी के सिक्कों से भरा घड़ा मिला है।
दोस्तों चांदी के सिक्कों के मिलने का राज खुलने के बाद पुलिस के दबाव में आकर सलीम मियां ने 102 सिक्के पांकी थाना के हबाले कर दिया और शेष सिक्के किसके पास है इसकी छानबीन पुलिस वाले कर रहे हैं ।
दोस्तों स्थानीय ग्रामीणों से बातचीत करने पर पता चला कि नवडीहा गांव के खेतों में इससे पहले भी खेतों में हल जोतने के दौरान चांदी के सिक्के मिले थे जिसे गांव वालों ने पास रख लिया था।
दोस्तों पलामू जिले के हीं हैदरनगर प्रखंड में स्थित सोन नदी के किनारे स्थित कबरा क़िले में बौद्ध कालीन सिक्के आदि मिलें थे । साथ ही साथ दोस्तों पुरातत्व विभाग द्वारा संबंधित स्थलों की खोदाई में भी प्राचीन काल के बर्तन आदि भी मिलें हैं।
दोस्तों आपको पता होना चाहिए कि प्राचीन काल काल की मिलीं वस्तुएं अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में किमती होती है ।

After the secret of silver coins, Salim Mian, under the pressure of the police, handed over 102 coins to the Panki police station and the police are investigating the remaining coins.
