नमस्कार दोस्तों मैं माउंटेन लैपर्ड महेंद्रा आप सभी लोगों का हार्दिक अभिनंदन करता हूं। दोस्तों आज मैं आपको लेकर चल रहा हूं छत्तीसगढ़ की यात्रा पर जहां आपकी मुलाकात होगी दुर्लभ प्रजाति की जइया मिर्च से जो अपने तीखेपन के लिए विश्व प्रसिद्ध हैं।
तो आइए चलते हैं तीखेपन का मजा लेने 🙏🙏
▶️ दुर्लभ प्रजाति की जइया मिर्च के गुण दुनिया जल्द जानेगी। दरअसल , दोस्तों आईआईटी कानपुर में इस पर छत्तीसगढ़ के बलरामपुर जिले के रामलाल लहरें शोध करेंगे।
लहरें को नेशनल इनीशिएटिव फॉर डेवलपिंग एंड हारनेसिंग इनोवेशन ने एंटरप्रेन्योर इन रेसिडेंस फेलोशिप के तहत 1 वर्ष के लिए अनुबंधित किया है। यह फेलोशिप केंद्र सरकार के विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय के माध्यम से आईआईटी कानपुर ने दी है।
▶️ दोस्तों लहरे ने छत्तीसगढ़ के कुछ पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में पाई जाने वाली दुर्लभ व तीखी प्रजाति की जइया मिर्च के संरक्षण , संवर्धन और उससे आचार ,चिल्ली पेस्ट ,सास , मसाला व बीज उत्पादन की संभावनाएं तलाशी हैं । भाभा एटॉमिक रिसर्च सेंटर मुंबई के अनुसार इस मिर्च में 2% कैपसाइसिन योगिक पाया जाता है। एमएससी में गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट लहरें को जइया मिर्च से मधुमेह और कैंसर जैसी घातक बीमारियों का इलाज खोजने के लिए इंडियन काउंसिल ऑफ़ एग्रीकल्चर रिसर्च द्वारा नेशनल इनोवेटिव फार्मर अवार्ड 2020 मिल चुका है। दोस्तों बायोटेक्नोलॉजी से पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट रामलला ने बताया कि 2016 में वाह अपने गृह ग्राम वाड्राफ नगर महुली के पहाड़ी क्षेत्र में घूम रहे थे। इसी दौरान उनकी नजर इस प्रजाति की मिर्च पर पड़ी थी। एवं सामान्य मिर्च की तुलना में इसका आकार - प्रकार (मार्फो लॉजिकल कैरेक्टर) अलग था। यह तना से नीचे के बजाय ऊपर की ओर था। एवं ज्यादा तीखे पन के कारण उन्होंने इसके बीजों का संरक्षण शुरू किया। इसके बाद इंदिरा गांधी कृषि विश्वविद्यालय रायपुर के विज्ञानी डॉ दीपक शर्मा से संपर्क किया तो पता चला कि यह जइया प्रजाति की मिर्च है। इसके बाद ही डॉ शर्मा ने भाभा परमाणु अनुसंधान केंद्र मुम्बई को मिर्च का सैंपल भेजा तो पता चला कि मिर्च में कोलेस्ट्रॉल कम करने में सहायक कैप्साइसिन यौगिक मौजूद हैं , जिसे कैप्सूल का रूप दिया जा सकता है।

1. जइया मिर्च में पाया जाने वाला कैप्सइसिन योगिक शुगर का लेवल कम करने में लाभदायक है।

जइया मिर्ची को छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश के सरगुजा जिले में धन मिर्ची के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। दोस्तों रामलला ने भी 20 डिसमिल जमीन में जइया मिर्च की खेती शुरू की थी। और इस बार उन्होंने 40 डिसमिल जमीन में खेती की है और करीब 2000 पौधे लगाए हैं। दोस्तों ठंडे प्रदेशों में इसकी पैदावार कई सालों तक की जा सकती है।

Lahar is contracted by the National Initiative for Developing and Harnessing Innovation for 1 year under the Entrepreneur in Residence Fellowship. This fellowship has been awarded by IIT Kanpur through the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Central Government.
️ ️ Friends Lahre has explored the possibilities of conservation, promotion and production of pickles, chilli paste, saas, spices and seeds of Jaiya chilli, a rare and pungent species found in some hilly areas of Chhattisgarh. According to Bhabha Atomic Research Center Mumbai, 2% capsaicin is found in this chilli. Gold Medalist Waves at MSC has received the National Innovative Farmer Award 2020 by the Indian Council of Agriculture Research for finding a cure for deadly diseases like diabetes and cancer from Jaiya Pepper. Friends, Ramlala, a post graduate from Biotechnology, told that in 2016 Wah was roaming in the hilly area of his home village Vadraf Nagar Mahuli. During this time, he had his eye on the pepper of this species. And its size - type (marfo logical character) was different compared to normal chili. It was upward rather than downward from the stem. And due to the sharper pan, they started preserving its seeds. After this, I contacted Dr. Deepak Sharma, a scientist at Indira Gandhi Agricultural University, Raipur, and came to know that it is a pepper of Jaiya species. Only after this Dr. Sharma sent a pepper sample to the Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Mumbai, it was found that chillies contain capsaicin compounds that help in reducing cholesterol, which can be given in capsule form.
