बाबा बर्फानी अमरनाथ की तरह ही एक और बाबा बर्फानी मौजूद हैं जो कि उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले की नीति घाटी में टिम्मरसैंण पहाड़ी में मौजूद गुफा में विराजमान होते हैं।।
नमस्कार दोस्तों मैं माउंटेन लैपर्ड महेंद्रा आप सभी लोगों का हार्दिक अभिनंदन करता हूं दोस्तों आज मैं आप लोगों को लेकर चल रहा हूं । चीन सीमा से सटे देश के अंतिम गांव नीती की यात्रा पर जहां पर मौजूद टिम्मरसैंण की पहाड़ियों में स्थित गुफा में विराजते हैं एक और बाबा बर्फानी। यानी बर्फ की प्राकृतिक शिवलिंग ।
दोस्तों यह जानकर आपको आश्चर्य होगा कि बाबा अमरनाथ की ही तरह उत्तराखंड में भी बाबा बर्फानी विराजमान होते हैं। जोकि चमोली जिले के भारत चीन सीमा पर स्थित अंतिम गांव नीति घाटी में मौजूद टिम्मरसैंण पहाड़ी पर स्थित गुफा में प्राकृतिक शिवलिंग के रूप में विराजमान होते हैं। और दोस्तों गुफा की छत से टपकने वाले जल शिवलिंग का जलाभिषेक करते हैं। जो कि बहुत ही मनोरम दृश्य उत्पन्न करते हैं। दोस्तों पहाड़ों पर बर्फबारी अच्छी रही तो इस साल अप्रैल-मई तक शिवलिंग के दर्शन किए जा सकते हैं। दोस्तों यहां पहुंचने के बाद मानो ऐसा लगता है जैसे की हम सभी शिव लोक में आ गए हैं चारों ओर बर्फ की सफेद चादर ऐसा मनोरम दृश्य उत्पन्न करता है जैसे मानो कि स्वयं शिव लोक धरती पर उतर आई हो। और स्वयं भगवान गणेश बाल्यावस्था में इन घाटियों में बाल क्रीड़ा कर रहे हो। दोस्तों आपको जानकर आश्चर्य होगा कि इन्हीं घाटियों में भगवान गणेश का जन्मस्थली भी है जो दोडी ताल लेक के पास स्थित है। जो उत्तरकाशी जिले में पड़ता है। जो अपने अनुपम सौंदर्य के कारण देसी-विदेशी पर्यटको में काफी मशहूर है और यहां लोग माता की मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना करने आते हैं।।
दोस्तों अब तो भारत सरकार ने टिम्मरसैंण को इनर लाइन की बंदिशों से भी मुक्त कर दिया है जिसके बाद उत्तराखंड सरकार इसके प्रचार प्रसार के लिए योजना बनाने में जुट गई है और साथ ही साथ मार्च में टिम्मरसैंण महादेव की यात्रा की आयोजन की तैयारी में लग चुकी है। और अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है कि हजारों स्थानीय लोग इस यात्रा में शामिल होंगे और साथ ही साथ देस विदेशी पर्यटक भी इस यात्रा में शामिल होंगे । और बाबा बर्फानी के दर्शन करने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त करेंगे। और साथ ही साथ स्थानीय युवाओं को रोजगार के साधन भी उपलब्ध होंगे।

दोस्तों चीन सीमा से सटे चमोली जिले के अंतर्गत जोशीमठ से बिरासी किलोमीटर की दूरी पर नीती घाटी मौजूद है और इसी खूबसूरत नीति घाटी में भारत देश का अंतिम गांव नीती स्थित है। और इस घाटी में मौजूद है टिम्मरसैंण महादेव यानी बाबा बर्फानी की अलौकिक गुफा । दोस्तों शरद ऋतु में इस गुफा में आकार लेने वाले शिवलिंग की ऊंचाई 6 से 8 फुट तक होती है। दोस्तों स्थानीय लोग यहां पूजा अर्चना करने आते हैं , लेकिन 'इनर लाइन' की बंदिशों के कारण अन्य क्षेत्रों के श्रद्धालु गण यहां नहीं आ पाते हैं क्योंकि उन्हें यहां आने की अनुमति नहीं है।परंतु अब बंदिश समाप्त हो जाने के कारण बाहर के भी श्रद्धालु गण यहां पूजा अर्चना करने आ सकते हैं।
दोस्तों दरअसल में यह भारतीय क्षेत्र सामरिक दृष्टि से बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है इसलिए इसे 'इनर लाइन' के दायरे में रखा गया था और बाहरी लोगों के आवागमन को प्रतिबंधित किया गया था। परंतु टिम्मरसैंण महादेव के धार्मिक महत्व को देखते हुए एवं इस घाटी में साहसिक पर्यटन की अपार संभावना को देखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने केंद्र सरकार को नीती घाटी में पर्यटन की अपार संभावना को बताते हुए आग्रह किया कि इस क्षेत्र को 'इनर लाइन' की बंदिशों से मुक्त किया जाए। और इस क्षेत्र की उचित विकास किया जाए और यहां रहने वाले लोगों को उचित रोजगार उपलब्ध कराया जा सके। अतः इस क्षेत्र में पर्यटन की अपार संभावनाओं को देखते हुए केंद्र सरकार ने पिछले वर्ष दिसंबर में इनर लाइन को आगे बढ़ाते हुए नीती घाटी के टिम्मरसैंण को इससे बाहर कर दिया। अतः दोस्तों अब उत्तराखंड सरकार यहां तीर्थाटन और पर्यटन की गतिविधियों को बढ़-चढ़कर बढ़ावा देगी।

नीती घाटी में स्थित बाबा बर्फानी की यात्रा की तैयारी जोर शोर से चल रही है :- दोस्तों चमोली जिले के जिला पर्यटन विकास पदाधिकारी के अनुसार 'इनर लाइन' से बाहर होने के बाद अब टिम्मरसैंण के लिए 'इनर लाइन' परमिट लेने की जरूरत नहीं रह गई है। आत: 2021 के मार्च महीने से टिम्मरसैंण महादेव यात्रा के मद्देनजर सीमा सड़क संगठन से जोशीमठ से नीती घाटी तक जाने वाले सड़क को खुली रखने का आग्रह किया गया है। दोस्तों भारत के अंतिम गांव नीती के नजदीक से टिम्मरसैंण पहाड़ी पर गुफा तक पहुंचने के लिए करीब 2 किलोमीटर का पैदल रास्ता है जो कि काफी दुर्गम है। अतः दोस्तों नीती घाटी की विषम परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए जिला प्रशासन यात्रियों की संख्या के निर्धारण को लेकर मंथन कर रही है। और साथ ही साथ नीति गांव और आसपास के गांव में पर्यटकों के ठहरने की व्यवस्था कर रही है। जिसकी रूपरेखा जिला प्रशासन तैयार कर रही है।एवं दोस्तों जिला पर्यटन विकास पदाधिकारी के अनुसार यात्रा के लिए उन्हीं व्यक्तियों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी जो शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ रहेंगे। आत: वैसे लोग ही बाबा बर्फानी कि दर्शन कर पाएंगे जो हर तरह से स्वस्थ होंगे।
धार्मिक यात्रा के साथ-साथ साहसिक खेलों की अपार संभावना है :- दोस्तों उच्च हिमालई क्षेत्र में स्थित चमोली जिले के मलारी, बांपा , गमशाली व अंतिम गांव नीती देश के सीमांत गांवों में से एक है । दोस्तों शरद ऋतु में अत्यधिक बर्फबारी होने पर इन गांव के निवासी जोशीमठ समेत हिमालय के निचले क्षेत्रों में आ जाते हैं। इसके बावजूद धार्मिक यात्रा और साहसिक पर्यटन के दृष्टिकोण से यह पूरा क्षेत्र खासा महत्व रखता है।दोस्तों बर्फ की सफेद चादर से ढकी चोटियों के साथ ही हिमालय की ऊंची भागों में स्थित यानी कि उच्च हिमालय में स्थित घास के बड़े-बड़े मैदान जिसे हम सभी 'बुग्यालों' के नाम से जानते हैं। दोस्तों आश्चर्यचकित करने वाली इन घास के मैदानों की खूबसूरत नजारा हर किसी को अपने मोहपाश में बांध लेती है। जो हम जैसे यात्रियों को एक अजीब सी सुकून देती है एवं मन और शरीर यहीं का होकर रह जाता है। और साथ ही साथ टिम्मरसैंण के बाबा बर्फानी के दर्शन नए उत्साह और ऊर्जा का संचार करती है।
