नमस्कार दोस्तों मैं माउंटेन लैपर्ड महेंद्रा 🧗 आप सभी लोगों का हार्दिक अभिनंदन करता हूं। दोस्तों मैं आज अपने 'एक यात्रा खजाने की खोज' के दरमियान आ पहुंचा हूं। रेत की दुनिया में जी हां अलौकिक और खूबसूरत राजस्थान की यात्रा पर। दोस्तों न जाने कितने रहस्य और दंत कथाओं को अपने अंदर समेटे हुए हैं यह मरुभूमि। दोस्तों इस मरूभूमि ने ना जाने कितने रहस्यमई कहानियां और अलौकिक लोक संगीत को जन्म दिया है जिसे कलमबद्ध करना हम जैसे यात्रियों के लिए असंभव है क्योंकि इस मरूभूमि के कण-कण में ऐतिहासिक और लोक नायकों की आत्माये निवास करती हैं । दोस्तों मैं नमन करता हूं इस मरुभूमि को जिसने असंख्य योद्धाओं को जन्म दिया है।

दोस्तों मैंने भी इस मरूभूमि की यात्रा पर न जाने कितनी ही अलौकिक और रहस्यमई घटनाओं को महसूस किया था । और साथ ही साथ ही इस मरूभूमि में मैंने जीवन की कठिन से कठिन पहलुओं को जाना और समझा। और दोस्तों मरूभूमि की इस यात्रा के दौरान ही मैं राजस्थान के सबसे रहस्यमई और अलौकिक मंदिर किराडू मंदिर के प्रांगण में पहुंचा।और यहां के लोगों ने मुझे जब इस मंदिर की दंतकथा सुनाई तू मेरे रोंगटे खड़े हो गए थे। क्योंकि दोस्तों मैं जिस समय इस मंदिर में पहुंचा था शाम होने में कुछ ही समय बचा हुआ था यानी कुछ ही समय के अंतराल पर अंधेरा होने वाला था। क्योंकि सूर्य देव पश्चिम दिशा में क्षितिज पर डूबने वाले थे और चंद्र देव का आगमन होने वाला था।
अतः दोस्तों दूसरे दिन आने के बारे में सोच कर मैं जल्द से जल्द ग्रामीणों के साथ किराडू मंदिर से दूर उस ग्रामीण के साथ उसके गांव की ओर चल पड़ा जहां मैं रात को रुकने वाला था। दोस्तों आपको यह जानकर आश्चर्य होगा कि मरूभूमि की रेत दिन में जितनी शांति पैदा करती है सूर्य के ढलने के बाद यही शांति और खामोशी उतनी ही खौंफ और सिहरन पैदा करती है।

दोस्तों मरुभूमि का एक बहुत ही खूबसूरत शहर है बाड़मेर जो बहुत ही समय तक खामोशी की चादर को लपेटे हुए था लेकिन अब वर्तमान समय में मरुभूमि का एक प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन स्थल बन चुका है जिसकी वजह है श्रापित किराडू मंदिर।
दोस्तों मुझे अपने ग्रामीण दोस्त जो यही के थे महावीर सिंह के साथ उनके गांव पहुंचते-पहुंचते शापित किराडू मंदिर की सीमाओं से काफी दूर रात के 8:30 बज चुके थे। दोस्तों जब मैं महावीर सिंह की गांव पहुंचा तो गांव की खूबसूरती देखकर अचंभित हो गया था ।गांव के चारों ओर बड़े-बड़े टिल्ले थे। दोस्तों जिस कारण से रात्रि के समय गांव की खूबसूरती देखते ही बन रही थी। और इस समय सभी ग्रामीण अपने घरों में रात की खाने की तैयारी में लगे हुए थे। और मेरे जैसे बहुत सारे पर्यटक जिनमें से विदेशी पर्यटकों की संख्या भी काफी थी। वे सभी लोग गांव में ही स्थित एक खंडहरनुमा हवेली में जो कि काफी प्राचीन लग रहा था जिसके ऊपर छत नहीं था , शायद समय के कालखंड में ढह गया होगा। और इसी खंडहर नुमा हवेली के बीच में आग जल रहा था और चारों ओर कालीन बिछा हुआ था।और सभी लोग उसके चारों और बैठ कर बातें कर रहे थे और कुछ लोग नाच गान कर रहे थे।

जैसा कि दोस्तों आप लोगों को पता नहीं होगा कि रात के समय में मरुस्थल में काफी ठंड पड़ती है अतः दोस्तों रात के समय खुले आसमान के नीचे टिमटिमाते तारो और चांद को निहारते हुए आग तापने का मजा ही कुछ और होता है। दोस्तों ऊपर चांद की शीतलता और नीचे मरूभूमि की ठंडक और चारों ओर दूर-दूर तक फैली अंधकार वातावरण में अजीब सी खौफ पैदा कर रही थी। फिर भी सारे पर्यटक आग के चारों ओर बैठकर अपनी ही दुनिया में मस्त थे।
अतः दोस्तों मैं भी अपना सारा सामान महावीर सिंह को देकर उनको उनके घर भेज दिया जहां मैं रुका था और मैं पर्यटको के समूह में शामिल हो गया और उनसे बातें करने लगा। एवं मरुभूमि की शीतलता में आग की गर्मी का मजा लेने लगा। दोस्तों बातों ही बातों में पता चला कि ये लोग भी किराडू मंदिर की ही यात्रा पर आए हुए हैं लेकिन श्राप के खौफ के करण कोई भी पर्यटक रात्रि के समय वहां रूकना नहीं चाहता था। इसलिए ये सभी लोग इस दुरदराज के गांव में शरण लिए हुए थे। और सुबह होने का इंतजार कर रहे थे। लेकिन दोस्तों समुह में कुछ ऐसे भी साहसी लोग थे जो रात्रि के समय ही किराडू मंदिर जाने की तैयारी में थे , लेकिन गांव वालों के विरोध के कारण वे लोग जा नहीं पा रहे थे। अतः दोस्तों जैसे जैसे रात गहरी हो रही थी वैसे वैसे चारों ओर वातावरण में अजीब सी खामोशी छाने लगी थी । और वैसे वैसे सारे पर्यटक अपने अपने ठिकानों पर सोने जा रहे थे और जबकि सारे विदेशी पर्यटक अपने अपने टेंटों में जा चुके थे। और मैं भी अपने दोस्त महावीर सिंह के घर पर लौट चुका था । और रात्रि का भोजन करने के बाद मिट्टी के बने बहुत ही खूबसूरत दो मंजिलें मकान के छत पर सोने चला गया। लेकिन मैं कोठरी के अंदर न सोकर बाहर लगे चारपाई पर ही लेट गया और चांद तारों को देखते देखते न जाने कब मुझे नींद आ गई पता ही नहीं चला।

दोस्तों सुबह में मेरी नींद जब महावीर सिंह मुझे चाय के लिए उठाने आए तो खुली। लेकिन आदतन मैंने सबसे पहले महावीर सिंह जी से गर्म पानी मांगा और गर्म पानी पीने के बाद में फ्रेश होने चला गया। और बाथरूम से तैयार होकर बाहर आया। तब तक नाश्ता भी लग चुकी थी अतः हम सभी लोग एक साथ बैठकर नाश्ता करने लगे और किराडू मंदिर कैसे चल से जल्द पहुंचा जाए इस पर चर्चा करने लगे। और नाश्ता समाप्त करने के बाद मैंने फटाफट अपना बैग और कैमरा उठाया और महावीर सिंह के साथ चल दिया किराडू मंदिर की ओर।
दोस्तों रास्ते में वे सभी पर्यटक मुझे मिले जिनसे रात में मेरी मुलाकात हुई थी ।और जल्द ही हम सभी बातें करते-करते किराडू मंदिर पहुंच चुके थे।दोस्तों सुबह के समय में किराडू मंदिर की भव्यता देखते ही बन रही थी। बहुत ही अलौकिक दृश्य उत्पन्न हो रहा था ,जैसे जैसे सूर्य की रोशनी मंदिर पर पड़ रही थी वैसे वैसे मंदिर की भव्यता निखार आते जा रही थी। मानो जैसे एक अलौकिक रोशनी प्रस्फुटित हो रही हो। दोस्तों क्या बताऊं सूर्य की रोशनी में इतनी भव्यता तो रात्रि में चांद की रोशनी में कितना भव्य दिखता होगा यह मंदिर यह सोचकर मैं आज भी रोमांचित हो उठता हूं। अतः दोस्तों मैं किसी न किसी दिन रात्रि के समय में इस मंदिर की यात्रा पर जरूर आऊंगा।

दोस्तों किराडू मंदिर अपने अद्भुत एवं अलौकिक शिल्प कला और अपने मशहूर लोक प्रचलित श्रापित दंतकथा के अनुसार इस मंदिर की यात्रा पर आने वाले देशी-विदेशी पर्यटको को न केवल आश्चर्यचकित करती है बल्कि उनके मन में प्राचीन भारतीय संस्कृति एवं सभ्यता के लिए आश्चर्य एवं कौतूहल पैदा करती है । दोस्तों प्राचीन और ऐतिहासिक दस्तावेजों की माने तो किराडू को मंदिरों का शहर या मरूभमि का 'खजुराहों' भी कहा जाता है दोस्तों किराडू मुख्यत:
पांच मंदिरों का एक भव्य श्रृंखला है जिसमें एक भगवान विष्णु को समर्पित है और अन्य भगवान शिव का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं।
श्रापित मंदिर:- दोस्तों ऐतिहासिक दस्तावेज बताते हैं कि 11वी और 12 वीं शताब्दी में किराडू सम्राज्य अपने वैभव काल में थी। जब परमार वंश के राजा सोमेश्वर ने किराडू राज्य के विकास के लिए काफी मेहनत की और किराडू के वैभव को इतिहास में अमर बना दिया था। दोस्तों इतिहासकारों का मानना है कि 13 वी और 14 वी शताब्दी के दौरान तूर्क आक्रमणकारियों ने इस पूरे क्षेत्र को बर्बर तरीके से लूटा और बर्बाद कर दिया था लेकिन एक किवदंती की की मानें तो स्थानीय ग्रामीणों के अनुसार एक श्राप ने इस पुरे क्षेत्र को वीराना बना दिया था।

दोस्तों किंवदंती बताती है कि 12 वीं शताब्दी के आसपास एक महात्मा अपने शिष्यों के साथ यहां आए थे जिनका इस क्षेत्र में रहने वाले गांव वालों ने काफी स्वागत और सत्कार किया था। जिससे महात्मा काफी खुश हुए थे। और ये महात्मा कुछ समय के बाद अपने शिष्य को यहीं पर छोड़ कर कहीं चले गए थे। और कुछ ही दिनों बाद वहां रुके हुए शिष्य- गण किसी भयंकर बीमारी की चपेट में आ गए। इस बात की जानकारी होते हुए भी ग्राम वासियों ने अन्य शिष्यों की कोई मदद नहीं की। सिर्फ एक कुम्हारीन को छोड़कर। इस निर्धन वृद्धा ने जितना हो सके उतनी मदद की थी।
दोस्तों इस बात की जानकारी होते हैं महात्मा वापस लौटे और अपने शिष्यों की चिंताजनक हालत देखकर बहुत ही क्रोधित हुए। और उन ग्राम वासियों को भयंकर श्राप दे दिया। कि तुम सभी पाषाण की तरह हो तुम लोगों ने मेरे शिष्यों की कोई मदद नहीं की इसलिए मैं तुम सभी को श्राप देता हूं कि तुम सभी पाषाण की मूर्ति में बदल जाओ। और उस मददगार वृद्ध महिला को बोला की सूर्यास्त से पहले इस जगह को छोड़ दें अन्यथा वो भी पाषाण की मूर्ति बन जाएंगी । उन्होंने उसे यह निर्देश भी दिया कि जातें समय वो पलटकर पीछे नहीं देखेगी अन्यथा तुरन्त पत्थर में बदल जाएंगी । भयवश वह कुम्हारन अपने घर की ओर भागी। और महात्मा भी अपने शिष्यों के साथ वहां से वापस लौट गए। लेकिन वह वृद्धा जब अपना घर छोड़ने लगी तो उसके मन में श्राप के प्रति संदेह पैदा हुआ और अपने घर के प्रति मोह भी उत्पन्न हुआं और उसने पलट कर पीछे देखा और वह तुरंत पाषाण की प्रतिमा में बदल गई।

दोस्तों जिसे मैंने रास्ते में पड़ने वाले सिंहणी गांव में देखा भी उस कुम्हारन की पाषाण की प्रतिमा। दोस्तों ग्रामीण बोलते हैं कि तब से वह श्राप आज भी प्रचलित है जिसके कारण आज भी कोई सूर्यास्त के बाद वहां रुकने की हिम्मत नहीं जुटा पाता है।
भारतवर्ष की अनुपम धरोहर:- दोस्तों इसी किंवदंती के कारण यह मंदिर पर्यटको को अपनी और आकर्षित करती है और इसी आकर्षण के कारण मैं भी यहां खिंचा चला आया था। और यहां आकर इस मंदिर की भव्यता और मूर्तियों को देखकर ऐसा लगता है कि जैसे इस मंदिर का निर्माण देवताओं ने किया हो।परंतु कुछ भी कहो दोस्तों यह हमारे गौरवशाली अतीत का अनुपम धरोहर है।

So, thinking of coming to friends the next day, I walked with the villagers as soon as possible away from the Kiradu temple towards the village where I was going to stay the night. Friends, a very beautiful city of desert is Barmer which was wrapped in a sheet of silence for a long time but now it has become a famous tourist destination of desert in the present time due to which the cursed Kiradu temple.
Friends, with my rural friend who belonged to this, Mahavir Singh, reaching his village, it was past 8:30, quite far from the boundaries of the cursed Kiradu temple. Friends, when I reached the village of Mahavir Singh, I was amazed to see the beauty of the village. There were big tills around the village. Friends, because of which the beauty of the village was being seen at night. And at this time all the villagers were in their homes preparing for dinner. And a lot of tourists like me out of which the number of foreign tourists was also considerable. All of them may have collapsed in the period of time in a ruined mansion situated in the village which looked quite ancient, with no roof above it. And in the midst of this ruined mansion, a fire was burning and carpet was spread all around. And all the people were sitting around and talking and some people were singing songs.
As you guys may not know that it is very cold in the desert in the night time, so friends, watching the flickering taro and the moon under the open sky at night is the fun of heating the fire. Friends, the coldness of the moon above and the coolness of the desert below and the far-reaching darkness was creating strange awe in the atmosphere. Nevertheless, all the tourists were sitting around the fire in their own world.
So friends, I also gave all my belongings to Mahavir Singh and sent him to his house where I stayed and I joined the group of tourists and started talking to them. And started enjoying the heat of the fire in the coolness of the desert. Friends came to know that these people have also come to visit the Kiradu temple, but due to the fear of curse, no tourist wanted to stop there at night. So all these people took refuge in this Durdaraj village. And were waiting for morning. But there were some courageous people in the Friends group who were preparing to go to Kiradu temple at night, but due to the opposition of the villagers, they could not go. Therefore, as the night was getting darker, strange atmosphere was being spread in the surroundings. And by the way, all the tourists were going to sleep at their places and while all the foreign tourists had gone to their tents. And I too had returned to my friend Mahavir Singh's house. And after having dinner, two very beautiful floors made of clay went to sleep on the roof of the house. But I did not sleep inside the closet, I lay down on the bedstead outside and did not know when I fell asleep while looking at the moon stars.
Friends, I woke up in the morning when Mahavir Singh came to pick me up for tea. But habitually I first asked for hot water from Mahavir Singh ji and after drinking hot water went to freshen up. And came out of the bathroom ready. By then breakfast was also served, so all of us started sitting together and having breakfast and started discussing how to reach Kiradu temple quickly. And after finishing breakfast I immediately picked up my bag and camera and walked with Mahavir Singh towards Kiradu temple.
Friends, I met all the tourists on the way whom I met at night. And soon we all reached the Kiradu temple while talking. The friends were seeing the grandeur of the Kiradu temple in the morning. A very supernatural scene was being generated, just as the sunlight was falling on the temple, the grandeur of the temple was getting better. As if a supernatural light is erupting. Friends, what should I say, I am still thrilled to think that this temple would be so grand in the light of the sun and how gorgeous it would look in the moonlight at night. Therefore, friends, I will definitely visit this temple at night time on some day.

Friends are aware of this, Mahatma returned and became very angry seeing the worrying condition of his disciples. And gave a terrible curse to those villagers. That all of you are like a stone, you guys did not help my disciples, so I curse you all that you all turn into a stone statue. And said to the helpful old lady, leave this place before sunset, otherwise they will also become stone idols. He also instructed her that at the time she would not turn back and look back, otherwise she would immediately turn into stone. Frightened, the potter ran towards her house. And the Mahatma also returned from there with his disciples. But when the old lady started leaving her house, she had doubts about the curse and also a fascination for her house and she turned back and looked back and she immediately turned into a stone statue.
Friends, I saw in the Sinhani village on the way, also a stone statue of that potter. Friends villagers say that since then that curse is still prevalent today due to which no one can muster the courage to stop there after sunset.
